Off With His Head

Cami, Lex, Brooke, Annie, Kimi and I in the beautiful gardens at Hampton Court
Friday we went to Hampton Court.  This is where Henry VIII went after he got his divorce and started to go crazy.  It's a fascinating clash between styles of architecture.  A lot of people liked it more than Windsor but I definitely liked Windsor better.  Here I briefly met King Henry himself (in a very awkward moment that I wasn't sure whether to be scandalized or to laugh... no, I'm not comfortable posting what he said to us on the blog) and also had the most uncomfortable/embarrassing moment of my life, also something I won't mention.  It's way to humiliating. That may be why I liked Windsor.

A view of the fantastic painting going up the staircase.  Sorry it's so dark!

Stirring stew in the kitchens.  It actually smelled like beef stew!

The wine cellar

I obviously was a really big fan of the gardens.
