Spring Has Sprung (And Other Lame Jokes)

Today after church I went for a walk in Kensington Gardens.  Spring is coming!  I took over three hundred pictures today so I'll show you some of the better ones.  Pictures can't quite capture the beauty of it all but I did try.  I'm quite pleased with how some of these turned out.

First, pictures of my shadow.  Because this is Peter Pan place and shadows are important.  I haven't lost mine.

And then flowers.  See the ladybug?

 And then some fountains
 And more flowers
And lots of people.  It was a popular place.
 And a tree.
 And a RAT!
And a squirrel, because that's better than a rat

And the Prince Albert memorial because he's awesome

And, to wrap it all up in a grand finale, a squirrel in a tree
Seriously.  So pretty.

Dinner tonight was pulled pork sandwiches, courtesy of Dr Matt Mason.  It's so nice to eat something familiar and that doesn't look like a dissected turtle!  When he came into the servery, we all burst into applause that lasted for quite a while.
And now you know why I don't eat as much here as I do at home.  This was dinner earlier this week.  Good luck, spring group!
(Sometimes it's really good.  But sometimes it looks like this.)

  1. I wish spring would just spring here already. I'm just craving having everything be green and warm and awesome. :) I miss you! (beautiful pictures by the way)
