Why I Should Blog Every Day

First of all, because I forget everything that happened.

Second, because you end up with REALLY LONG POSTS if I don't! Or really short, undetailed ones. Like this.

I've made a promise to myself to go out every day (I can't remember if I've mentioned that yet...). So far I've been very faithful to that promise. It's gone a long way to improving my mood. It means I get a lot less sleep and I'm struggling to get homework done but I am so much happier not cooped up in the Centre every day.

So. Monday after class I took a couple of people with me and we went to the world's most famous premier department store... whatever that means. It's called Harrods and is very fancy.

My favorite part was the Egyptian theme they had going on!

It was really fun to walk around, gasp at the prices (over a thousand pounds for tiny babies dresses!) and enjoy the fun atmosphere. We decided to get ice cream because it was supposed to be really good. It was crazy expensive but probably the best ice cream I've ever tasted. I'm not sure why they made it look like a baby bottle though...

Monday and Tuesday nights we watched the BBC version of Middlemarch as a group for history class.

Tuesday I wasn't on my own because I went to the Charles Dickens Museum with the group.

It wasn't the best museum (Nick apologized to all of us for taking us to it) but I liked it anyway.
